You agree not to use the virtual machine or game server spaces to host: malware, crypto-miners, botnet handlers, unsolicited spam scripts, or execute unauthorized stress tests. Doing so will lead to instant account termination without refunds.
WitherNodes commits to keeping physical nodes online with a 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee. If global datacenter system failures drop server availability below this metric, eligible owners can request account balance credits under our standard SLA policy guidelines.
We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on all our standard hosting configurations. Cancellation requests must be logged within the first three days of deployment to be processed for refunds.
